Kenneth Sack

Ken was born and raised in Westchester, New York. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Society (evening division). During law school, and for two years after, Ken worked for the New York City Law Department in their Torts and Special Litigation Units. There he received extensive litigation experience, including handling some of the City’s most high profile personal injury cases. From 2000 - 2004, Ken was in-house counsel for Progressive Insurance Company in New York, where he focused on motor vehicle accident litigation.

Ken and his family relocated to Wake County in 2004. Before joining Safran Law Offices, Ken worked for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, where he helped to defend a major pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation.

Ken’s wife is a labor and delivery nurse at Wake Med. They have two young children. Ken enjoys the beach, yard work, politics, history and spending time with his family.
