Perry R. Safran

For the past 33 years, Perry Safran has seen and been a part of the changing face of the construction industry. First receiving his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and later his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, Perry travels frequently, lecturing and publishing nationally on a variety of construction industry issues. Perry combines 10 years of construction engineering experience here and abroad with 23 years of legal practice to offer a unique service. He is involved in several legislative-drafting projects involving the construction industry. Perry is also a registered arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and sits on the boards of several industry associations. He has been a guest adjunct professor at North Carolina State University, and is a former Raleigh City Council Member.
