Evan Musselwhite is a native of Lumberton, North Carolina.  He attended North Carolina State University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Construction Engineering and Management in 2009.  He subsequently received his law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University graduating magna cum laude.  While in law school, Evan was an editor on the Campbell Law Review and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.  His comment, One Tough Pill to Swallow: a Call to Revise North Carolina’s Drug Trafficking Laws Concerning Prescription Painkillers, was published in Volume 33 of the Campbell Law Review. Evan was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2012 and has been with Safran Law since October, 2013.
